Process

After tossing around ideas, we came up with something really special for the trophy – the employee’s name initials, 'RK,' as the centerpiece. We wanted it to be more than just a trophy, something that truly reflected his journey and importance at Atlas Copco. So, we kept it simple yet powerful, adding a meaningful line at the bottom. We had to figure out how to fit both the 'R' and the 'K' in there. After some creative brainstorming, we decided to make the trophy in the shape of the letter 'R,' but with a twist. We cleverly carved out a space within the 'R' to include the 'K,' seamlessly blending both initials. To make it even more personal, we filled that 'K' space with a collage of his pictures, capturing cherished memories from his time with the company. And of course, we crowned it with the Atlas Copco logo on top. Once we finalized the design, we moved fast to create the trophy. We chose clear acrylic to showcase the collage inside, featuring the ‘R’ and ‘K’ initials. Printing the design was a two-step process, first, in regular colors, then adding a layer of white on top to make it pop. This straightforward approach ensured the trophy looked great.
